Hey guys. So I don't want you to think that since I haven't been updating that I've stopped my diet or that I'm not sticking to it. The fact is I found a better way for my planning to work out.
Instead of just writing what I ate on here and working around one meal for the next I sit down every two nights and plan for the next two days. After those two days repeat. It works better not only for me but also for my family which is very important. There were issues with my father preparing dinner and my diet before since he didn't know what I could and couldn't have and how much. Now we just write down the food plan for the day so he knows exactly what to do for dinner.
So I'm still dieting, I'm still writing everything down. I'm also still losing. Everything is going great.
Starting Weight: 205 lbs.
Current Weight: 190 lbs.
Weight Loss: - 15 lbs.
This all being done in 8 weeks. It also doesn't feel like diet. I just feel like I'm eating... its not hard. It has become everyday life. Which is great! I really am excited to see where this all leads.
I watched a bunch of youtube videos of peoples before and afters. It was really inspiring especially since they are just normal everyday people and not someone being used as a marketing ploy. It really inspires me. I totally think me getting to my goal weight is very plausible. I'm so excited, I've never felt that way before. I can DO this!

Seeing that I decided, hey its one day a year that I get to celebrate this if I splurge a little it is okay. So I got what I liked and enjoyed myself. I don't feel bad for it either. I gave my left overs to my Dad so I wouldn't be tempted to have them later.
